I grew up having Cheesy S’mores as a snack and I turned out all right.
Well, that could be debatable.
I get the weirdest looks when I describe this super easy snack. No one, and I mean NO ONE, has ever heard of having this before. But my mom used to make this for me as an occasional afternoon snack. And then when I got old enough to use the broiler for myself, I took over the responsibility. It never even crossed my mind that this could be weird.
I am kind of on a weird food roll, right? I mean, did you see last week’s recipe?
Sorry, not sorry.
Look, just try it. It’s super simple, doesn’t call for any weird ingredients, and doesn’t make a mess. If you hate Cheesy S’mores, well, you only wasted three ingredients and a little bit of time. And don’t come back here hatin’ on me.
If you love it like my family does, then you’re welcome. You can Venmo me your appreciation.
Besides, it’s National Marshmallow Toasting Day! You gotta do it. It’s your patriotic duty.
