Mustard Pretzel Dip is a great appetizer or party food! And it’s super easy!

Rumor has it that National Mustard Day is the first Saturday in August.  Therefore, I’m giving you plenty of time to get ready with this Mustard Pretzel Dip!

There’s a reason I don’t make this very often.  Once I start popping this stuff in my mouth, I can’t seem to stop!  It’s one of my favorite party-type foods to serve and I always get asked for the recipe.  The hardest part of this recipe is just making sure you can find the pretzel nuggets at the store!

And really, you can use any hard pretzel for dipping.  But the nuggets just seem to be the best.

Twice a year our family sits down to enjoy General Conference.  A tradition that we enjoy for this faith-filled weekend is to serve finger foods during each session of conference.  Often that includes pizza rolls, bagel bites, homemade cheese ball and bagel or pita chips, mini cheesecakes and eclairs, cookies….a tasty mixture of sweet and savory convenience foods and homemade items.  Mustard Pretzel Dip is requested and requested often!

When you make it, just give yourself at least a half hour to allow the flavors to merge in the fridge before you serve it.  If you’re looking for a nice beverage to serve with it, check out Anna’s recipe for lemonade.
