EBB Stuffed Peppers are a quick and tasty appetizer or side dish for low carb lovers…or anyone, for that matter!
I can’t remember where I saw this. Pretty sure it was from one of my very favorite keto/low carb Instagrammers, Keto Made Simple, but I can’t be sure! They all have such good, tasty ideas and sometimes I forget who shared what!
But no matter. Whoever shared it, it was an instant hit for me and my low carb hubby. So I’m sharing it with you!
What the heck is “EBB” you ask? It’s short for Everything But the Bagel seasoning. And you can see my copycat recipe here. You don’t have to make it if you don’t want to. You can just grab your Trader Joe’s bottle of it! If you haven’t tried it yet, you might want to take the leap!
EBB Stuffed Peppers are super simple, super fast, and super delish! You can make as many or as few as you like. For a side dish I’ll usually have about 3 peppers for myself. We have it so often as a side dish with our Buffalo wings or ribeye steaks that I always keep a glass dish with a brick of cream cheese in it so I can easily soften some cream cheese and have these ready even faster and easier.
