Let’s make some Mediterranean Seasoning today while we are all at home trying to keep everyone healthy during this crazy coronavirus pandemic. That hit us right of nowhere, right?
I have never seen a time like this before in our country or our world. My prayers are continually going up for all of us–trusting in our Heavenly Father to see us through. How are you and your family doing right now?
We are in the middle of a partial kitchen remodel, so we are trying to finish our trips to the local home improvement center as quickly as possible and only go to the grocery store when necessary. We are having our worship services at home on Sunday mornings–you can get an idea of how that looks HERE.
My sisters and I are staying in touch through Marco Polo.
One of my daughters is moving home right now with her family and they will be staying with us temporarily, so there is that prep, as well. That’s happening within the next few days.
It would be good to do some “shelf-cooking” during this slow down in life, and share those recipes on the blog. We’ll see how that goes while the kitchen project is still going on. Just need counter tops and backsplash and we’ll be done!
This Mediterranean Seasoning is a perfect thing to make because I have everything right here in my pantry. I do wish that I had some fresh zucchini, though, because that is my favorite way to use this–saute some coarsely chopped, fresh zucchini in some olive oil and sprinkle with the seasoning and a little extra sea salt. Oh my goodness.
Hope you like this recipe–I got it from one of the BeachBody programs. And I shared it this month on my March Favorite Things post. You’re welcome!
