Skinny Mint Chip Frappe…for when you need a special cup of yum!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2/3 cup strong brewed coffee substitute
- 1/4 cup almond, oat, or cashew milk
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup ice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp. powdered erythritol (I used Swerve)
- 2 Tbsp. Mint Chocolate Chip Skinny Syrup
- 1–2 Tbsp. MCT oil (optional….this will be for the keto folks)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into your glass, top with whipped cream (and chocolate shavings if you so desire) and enjoy!
