Tortellini Skewers are a quick, easy, and fun appetizer for anytime. But this could be a real timesaver during the holidays!
Ingredients
refrigerated Tortellini
olive oil
Pesto sauce
Spaghetti or Marinara sauce
wooden skewers
Instructions
Boil pasta as directed on package. DO NOT OVERCOOK. When done, pour into colander and rinse well with cold water. Allow to cool and drain completely.
Toss cooked tortellini in a bowl with a little olive oil. Either store in a container in fridge, or go ahead and skewer the pasta to serve immediately.
Serve with pasta sauces of your choice, but my personal favorite is pesto (which I also bought premade).
