Holiday Hangover Smoothie

Try this smoothie for a healthy respite after the holidays.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen strawberry-banana blend
  • 1/2 cup whole fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla whey protein
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • Honey, to taste
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 8 ounces 2% milk

Instructions

  1. Place fruit in blender or food processor and process for a few seconds.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and continue to blend to desired consistency, adding more milk if necessary.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy. You might not be able to use a straw.
