Description
Saltines, cheese, marshmallows. Delicious weirdness.
Ingredients
- saltine crackers
- sliced American or mild cheddar cheese
- large marshmallows
Instructions
- Turn on the broiler in your oven and arrange the oven rack to whatever level you need to so that marshmallows will toast.
- Lay out as many saltines as you like on a baking sheet.
- Top each cracker with 1/4 of a slices of cheese. (I fold the cheese in half, then half again to get 4 equal little squares.)
- Using kitchen shears, cut the large marshmallows in half and place each half cut-side down on the cheese.
- Broil until the tops are toasty.
- Allow to cool for a minute or two. Enjoy!
