- 1 pkg. puff pastry
- 1 cup Thrive Chopped Chicken
- 1 cup Thrive Broccoli
- 1 cup Thrive Chopped Onions
- 1 cup Thrive Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 1 cup Thrive Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (Thrive has one, but I was out and made up my own)
- 3 teaspoons Thrive Chef’s Choice seasoning (an all-purpose seasoning)
- 1 teaspoon Cholula sauce
- 1 cup water;6 oz. Neufschatel Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Thrive Scrambled Egg Mix (or sub 2 eggs, well-beaten);
- 6 tablespoons additional water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- In a stand mixer, add all ingredients except the cream cheese, scrambled egg mix and 6 tablespoons water. Mix well for 3-4 minutes to break down ingredients and refresh.
- Add cream cheese and mix until well combined and set aside.
- Cut each pastry sheet into 2″x 2″ squares. Place a large tablespoon of filling on each square. Bring the edges together and seal to create a ball. Place on a cookie sheet, folded side down.
- Mix scrambled egg mix and the 6 tablespoons of water (add water to thin, if needed), whisking well. Using a pastry brush, apply this egg wash onto each puff. Sprinkle Chef’s Choice lightly over each puff.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
