Low Carb Taco Quiche

Description

This Low Carb Taco Quiche will be a recipe you repeat whether you are livin’ la vida low carb or not!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp. homemade taco seasoning
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9″ glass or ceramic pan (square, pie, etc.)
  3. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the taco seasoning and stir well. Spread the taco meat into your prepared pan.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, cream, and garlic. Slowly pour this mixture of the beef.
  5. Top with the shredded cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set.
  6. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before cutting into servings.
  7. Serve with sour cream, sliced avocado, Cholula sauce, etc.
