Great way to use leftover white rice and provide a sweet dessert for your meal.
Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients, except nutmeg, and mix well.
- Pour into buttered baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg, to taste.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring 2-3 times during baking.
