- This Broccoli Salad is a delicious side dish for just about any occasion. And it’s so good, you may just want to hoard it all for yourself and not share!
Ingredients

5-6 cups broccoli florets (about a pound)
1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2/3 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup crumbled bacon
1/2 cup salted sunflower seeds
1/3 cup finely diced red onion
3/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Combine the broccoli, cheese, cranberries, bacon, sunflower seeds, and onion in a large bowl and set aside. (Cover and refrigerate if not eating right away.)
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a smaller bowl to make a dressing and whisk well to combine. (Cover and refrigerate if not eating right away.)
- When ready to serve, pour the dressing over the ingredients in the large bowl and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
