Description
This chicken soup recipe is quite tasty on its own but can morph into a delicious chicken pie, with or without the noodles, in a yummy homemade pie crust.

- 2 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3/4–1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 2–3 tablespoons chopped purple onion
- Chicken gravy, mix by package directions ( I used Thrive Life Veloute Sauce)
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 3 teaspoons Peppercorn Seasoning (Thrive Life)
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup egg noodle pasta (or pasta of your choice)
- 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except the pasta and yogurt, into crockpot.
- Cook on HIGH 4 hours.
- Add in pasta and cook until pasta is done.
- Add in yogurt and stir. Serve.
