Description
From the culinary mystery book “Catering to Nobody” by Diane Mott Davidson, these Dungeon Bars are a delicious treat!
Ingredients

- 1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9″x13″ pan and set aside.
Cream the butter with the sugars using a stand mixer or hand mixer, scrape down often.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
Add in the flour, salt, and baking soda and mix until combined.
STIR in the oats and raisins.
Spread into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool for 20 minutes or so, then cut into bars.
Makes 32 Bars
