Heather’s Crockpot Cubed Steak

Description

Super easy slow cooker recipe will help you put a tasty meal on the table–while you are busy living your daily life and running a gazillion errands.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cubed steaks
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 10-oz. can Cream of Mushroom Soup (use 2 cans if you want more gravy)


Instructions

Place cubed steaks in slow cooker.

Pour dry onion soup mix over steaks.

Cover everything with Cream of Mushroom soup.

Place lid on slow cooker and turn to desired temperature–HIGH or LOW–depending on how much time you have. I used HIGH for about 4-5 hours.

Notes

If you like this recipe with cubed steak, you will love it with a 3-4 lb. roast.  Seriously.  Cook it on high for 4-6 hours and oh-my-goodness.
