Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese


Description

Cheese lovers, prepare for glory! This Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese is one cheesy dish!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups dry macaroni noodles
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 large cans evaporated milk
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 8 cups shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain, then pour noodles into slow cooker (greased or lined with a slow cooker liner).
  2. Pour in the melted butter, milks, eggs, and salt & pepper. Stir till combined.
  3. Mix in 6 cups of the shredded cheese and stir till evenly distributed.
  4. Top with the remaining 2 cups of cheese and place lid on slow cooker.
  5. Cook on HIGH for 45 minutes, then turn down to WARM for 2-3 hours or until the milk is absorbed and the egg is set.
