Cheese lovers, prepare for glory! This Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese is one cheesy dish!

- 4 cups dry macaroni noodles
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 large cans evaporated milk
- 3 cups milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 8 cups shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain, then pour noodles into slow cooker (greased or lined with a slow cooker liner).
- Pour in the melted butter, milks, eggs, and salt & pepper. Stir till combined.
- Mix in 6 cups of the shredded cheese and stir till evenly distributed.
- Top with the remaining 2 cups of cheese and place lid on slow cooker.
- Cook on HIGH for 45 minutes, then turn down to WARM for 2-3 hours or until the milk is absorbed and the egg is set.
