Ingredients

- 1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1 cup apricot nectar (I use Jumex brand)
- 4 large eggs
- powdered sugar
- juice of 2 lemons
Instructions
- Mix cake, sugar, oil and nectar together. Add eggs one at a time.
- Bake in a greased tube or bundt pan at 325 degrees F. for approximately 1 hour.
- Mix glaze ingredients and pour over warm cake.
