Jezebel Sauce

Description

A sweet topping for cream cheese that comes with just a little kick.


Ingredients

  • 18-oz. jar of pineapple preserves
  • 18-oz. jar of apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 3.5-oz. jar of prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 8-oz. pkg. of cream cheese (I use the lower fat Neufchatel version)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and store in the refrigerator. This will keep well for about 2 weeks.
  2. To serve, pour over cream cheese and serve with snack crackers, or use your imagination! But it’s really good on cream cheese. I bet it would be great on a cream cheese bagel.
